Designing on a Budget
How an interior design project works:
- 1) Initial meeting to determine needs, desires, budget, goals & design fees.
- 2) Designer prepares initial design, including floor plans, furniture selections, window treatment designs, finish materials, lighting, artwork and accessories. Estimated pricing is also included.
- 3) Design is presented to client for approval. Revisions are made as necessary. Deposit is required to begin implementation.
- 4) Implementation, including contractor work, furniture and window treatment installation, and finally artwork and accessories.
- 5) Final review and walk-through, Final Payment.
Commercial, Office & Healthcare Design
Sullivan Interiors can provide commercial clients with a comprehensive design package beginning with the conceptual design phases, and ending with a completed structure, beautiful finishes and furnished interiors. We can provide all aspects of a design project. We begin by planning the space using computer-aided drafting (CAD), as well as manual drafting and rendering. We can provide floor plans, finish plans and specifications, construction documents and furniture & finish sample boards. We then implement the project using hand selected contractors and furniture vendors, and oversee installation and delivery. We carry a great selection of commercial furniture and finishes including flooring, wallcovering, and window treatments, all suited to commercial and healtcare building types. We also love to complete the interior design by adding artwork, accessories, and florals to give the space a professional, personal touch.
Project types include health care, senior care & nursing home, small and large offices, corporate offices & boardrooms, restaurant and cafe design, retail, reception areas, educational facilities and more!
Residential
For residential projects, our basic services include furniture, accessory and artwork selection, purchasing and installation. We provide one-stop shopping for the homeowner who does not want to spend the time and energy required to design and decorate a home. We also can provide remodeling and updates of interior finishes including flooring, wallcoverings, lighting, faux painting and more. Finish boards can be created for your project for an additional fee. Please see our contemporary, transitional & urban style boards to get an idea of the looks we can provide for your space. A minimum $5,000 budget is required for all design projects (except hourly consultation).
